4-6 eggs
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup finely chopped spinach (frozen or fresh)
Gaylord-Hauser Spike Seasoning, to taste
Beat eggs thoroughly. Melt butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Stir spinach and olive oil into eggs and pour mixture into
saucepan; blend with melted butter. Cook, stirring occasionally,
until eggs have set. Sprinkle with Gaylord-Hauser Spike
seasoning and serve warm.
