SoyQuick Automatic Soymilk Maker is fast, quiet, and completely automated. The temperature sensor ensures that the water is sufficiently heated to thoroughly cook the soymilk. Dr. Lester Wilson of Iowa State University tested the SoyQuick machine and found that Soy Trypsin Inhibitor activity (the enzyme that inhibits soy digestion) was reduced by 96% (a minimum of 80% is required). This assures us that the cooking method is appropriate for optimum health. An important safely feature of the machine is the electrode, which prevents the soymilk from boiling over while cooking.

Our soymilk maker is controlled by a microprocessor that allows you to program the machine to work the way you need. If you only make soy, rice, nut, or bean milks, it is likely that the default program is the only one you will ever need to use. However, the machine does have a Grind Only function and a Heat Only function for your convenience if you do require these options.
